Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best Insurers I have ever used

I was unfortunate enough to have a minor car accident (not my fault) and Admiral Insurance did absolutely everything for me. I was well pleased with their choice of car repairers and the work was top notch. Admiral legal have got in contact and they are pursuing a claim for compensation. Overall a very good and recommended Insurance Company. I will be using them again. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance I've had

Great cover

Great value and straightforward

we have had multi car with admiral for the last 4 years at least. When ever I've called up I've not had to wait long and always go away knowing what I wanted to do has been sorted. They are always polite and friendly. They always try to reduce my renewal and even when it was cheaper else where I stayed as you good reliable customer service is always essential to me as I'm a manager in a call centre I appreciate and recognise how well they handle their customers Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
