A Breeze

Absolutely brilliant service!

I have been with admiral for nearly 10 years and wouldnt consider changing because everytime I renew my car insurance the advisers are supportive, friendly and helpful and match other competitors or even less because I have been a loyal customers for years! They will always add on extras as well and the process is really easy to get through on the telephone for advice. Thank you so much. I will always recommend to friends as well. Look after their customers

Admiral are great at look after their customers, normally I search for the cheapest deal on price comparison sites but since being with admiral I'm happy to stay with them each year. The prices are reasonable and the customer care is top notch. Can't fault them. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good service, easy to use website

Fantastic Service & Communication.

I’ve been with Admiral For the past 4years and been a mutli policy holder for the past two. Adding family cars and moving from property to property with updating details is easy. The service I’ve had online and over the phone has been fantastic. Communication about changes and a refund during COVID-19 has been really good. Totally recommend using for the future. 1st Lord of the Admiralty

A very “comprehensive” (excuse the pun) Insurance one stop shop. I use their multicarte policy and home insurance. Great cover, great premiums and great after service. None better. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service and treats loyal customers

I have been with admiral for two years. I was expecting the usual fight and shopping around at renewal time. I found a cheaper price and called up admiral. They were great and provided a competitive price without any bother. I have found the customer service brilliant and they gave a refund during the pandemic before anyone else which is always helpful. Reliable company

I have been with Admiral for several years and they have always been a very good company to be I sure with. When I have claimed in the past they very quickly and efficiently dealt with my claim. This year they also gave all car insurance customers £25 for the reduction in claims due to covid and this just shows excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
