Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Love that they gave back

I’ve never had to claim on my insurance but I appreciate the fact that during lockdown when I didn’t use my car they effectively refunded a months worth of insurance rather than cashing in all their potential profits. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service, and staff

I was speaking with admiral towards the end of my insurance policy. I was having some cheaper quotes than what my renewal was with other insurance providers so was stuck between what to do.
