Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great communication and best prices

Admiral gave me the best price and I felt supported from them during the Covid19 lockdown. It was essential I had use of my car to do my job during the pandemic. Admiral gave me that confidence. Regular support through emails was reassuring. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admia are always competitive on price and have recognised and rewarded the contribution of key workers during C19 along with recognising the effect of lockdown on customers mileage and adjusted policies accordingly Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Competitive prices

I’ve been worth admiral for a few years now as their car insurance quotes are always competitive and the staff are so helpful in getting me the best price. I was very impressed with admiral giving £25 back to all customers as a result of not driving during lockdown. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
