Life Saver

Easy insurance

I haven't been involved in an accident yet but Admiral offer an easy to use service. Representatives are always polite on the phone and it's great to be able to easily review your documents and policy online, make any amendments etc. The refund during lockdown was also a nice touch. First good car insurance company in uk that i have dealt with.

Good customer seevice and they seem to be the first uk car insurance company that cares about you staying with them. I have dealt with many car insurance companies in this country and admiral is the first good one! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Mind changing

After suffering through an accident that wasn’t my fault and had police back up of the claim my last insurer did not help me at all even though I paid extra for motor legal insurance they left the false claimant to rack up a 13 thousand pound claim, my car was written off and since sold on by my old insurer. I had lost all faith in car insurers and worried that my next policy would be sky high after losing my no claims but Admiral offered me the best price straight away, they didn’t bump it up with my claim on like most others did and I’ve just renewed for my second year. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else, my mum has been with you for years and you come highly recommended. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy, Competitive, Good contact

Admiral seems to have its finger on the pulse of the situation. As far as I'm aware they are the only car insurance provider to give any money back to their customers due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The value of the refund was not as important as the fact that they had recognised the reduced usage and made a gesture. My renewal fell within the lockdown period and despite looking elsewhere for a competitive quote I was impressed with my Admiral quite and chose to stay with them for a second year, something I have not done for a long time.
