Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great insurance company.

Admiral is my third different insurance company since I started driving and of all of them, my favourite. They are very accommodating and very helpful when you have a problem. Also, I got money back over COVID-19 as they realised there were less cars on the road and wanted to treat their customers. To me, that’s a company who cares about their customers as they didn’t have to give money back but they wanted to! Thank you Admiral! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service

They have great advisors that always give the best customer service. Any query big or small is answered promptly and professionally.
