Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent and Exceptional

Superb insurance company

Last year, our house was broken into and precious sentimental items were stolen which was just awful. It was such a horrible feeling that someone had been in your home. The support and dedication received from Admiral Customer Service was fantastic. We renewed our house insurance with Admiral as well as our vehicles. Admiral also passed on savings automatically that were made due to the lockdown measures to its customers. I don’t recall another company doing that!
