Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

If only my house insurance was as good as this

I was unfortunate enough to have a fire in my garage Which damaged my pride and joy as well as the garage contents . Admiral dealt with the whole process very efficiently and kept me constantly updated. My claim was settled while I’m still waiting for my home insurance and have no idea where we are. It's a good insurance company. Plug in was great only 6 months in my car, compared to other provider black boxes. Great insurance deals. And very happy with the refund provided during lockdown. Very generous of them. I believe they were the first to do it. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
