Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

So far so good

It's a good insurance company. Plug in was great only 6 months in my car, compared to other provider black boxes. Great insurance deals. And very happy with the refund provided during lockdown. Very generous of them. I believe they were the first to do it. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Corona

as lockdown hit i knew my car would be stationery during lockdown apart from the weekly drive to the supermarket, i wondered what if any reimbursement i would receive with little road time for my car insurance and admiral emailed to say they would be paying me £50 back for the lock down period this was a great example of professional customer service Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Always there to help.

For several years now I have compared and continued to select Admiral for car insurance. There is a no fuss service when an issue or query has arisen for me. Each year I have experienced a fair and competitive renewal with the huge marketing out there to switch if a wish to do so. Efficient

When I had my car accident I felt very alone and didn't know what to do. Admiral sorted everything and kept me updated. They were stuipidly quick to sort things which was a huge bonus for me. They sorted the reinstating my insurance and my no claims. What more can I want. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral during Covid 19

Amazing even through Covid-19!

Really great insurance company to be with! During COVID I believe they were the only insurer to give some money back to customers as we were not on the roads. I also needed my windscreen chip fixing and did it through my insurance and admiral very kindly gave me the excess I paid for the chip back as I was a key worker!
