Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great insurance company!

Reliable

Reliable insurance company, even received £25 per car (50 for both) while in lock down. How often do you see a company willing to cut the profits and share some cash with the customers. Good move, thank you. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

A multi insurance bananza

I was looking for an insurance company that could insure my vehicles and still give me discount on my ni claims. I found the online assistance was great and Admiral insurance ticked all the right boxes. Thats why i chose this company and they've not let me down, they go from strength to strength. Ahead of the game

Whilst I have never had to make a claim (always a good test of an insurer) I have been impressed with how Admiral has dealt with the pandemic and dissemination of advice through their newsletters and appreciated the automatic £25 refund to all customers during lockdown.
