Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent company doing the right thing during Covid-19

This company has excelled during lockdown and completely out of the blue returned to our bank account a rebate recognising the decreased mileage. An example to a certain airline with a gobby CEO who still owes us for a cancelled flight from May. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best premium and great customer service

Thinks of the customer

It’s refreshing to find an insurer that puts the customer first. Their response to the lockdown is a prime example, offering a reimbursement to customers because they’re not using their cars. The overall purchasing process Is made so very easy too. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent service

I unfortunately was involved in a non fault accident. My policy details were incorrectly entered by Admiral ( human error). Upon checking our phone conversation everything was put right and my claim proceeded 5 star. I have 3 cars covered and house and contents. Like every other company upon renewal the premiums go up but they still beat every other quote AND for an excellent service. At least that’s my experience. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Customer loyalty gets rewarded

I have been with lots of insurance companies over the years and they have always increased the price drastically after the first year. I was more than pleased that when my renewal came through with admiral the price had reduced and has continued to do so in the last 3 years. Excellent customer service
