Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral care about their customers

I have been with Admiral for a few years now. The customer service is great. They are the only multi car policy with the best annual price I have found so far and I compare the market each year. If I have found a cheaper quote they have not only matched it but given me a discount for being loyal customer. This is what keeps me with them. Very happy with everything. Thank you Admiral! Hassle free cheap insurance

Admiral has got the cheapest quote for a full comprehensive insurance without a black box. I have been renewing for three years now, had to make a claim which was quickly dealt with. All in all would recommend Admiral. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good prices and communication

Nothing but great

I’ve had no problems from the first time I was with admiral when I got learner insurance, not when I insured my car back in January.
