Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

An Insurance Company that can be trusted

This is the first time I have felt that my existing Insurance Company, Admiral, wants to keep me as a customer. In previous years it was always necessary to shuffle the provider every year to keep a competitive premium. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

I wanted a quick & easy & cost effective service & I got all 3 credits with Admiral, linking up all my insurances & making savings has made me feel happy, the app is very good too & saves me time. Easy to deal with

Good with claims and easy to deal with when there’s policy changes. Annoying they bump your policy premium up every year though even without a claim, but after a quick phone call they have always matched the best quote I’ve been given elsewhere Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very helpful

Great customer service

Admiral are the cheapest insurance for me but that doesn’t limit the quality. They were very helpful during a time when I had an accident. They carried my insurance over to my new car and I didn’t have to wait long hours to get hold of people during the process. The admiral app Is helpful and I’ve not had any problems.
