Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

When I rang up to renew my car insurance, I found a cheaper price and the lady managed to offer me an even better deal and the customer service was amazing gave me loads of information made sure I understood everything honestly I have had the best experience with admiral thank you very much Reviewed on: 9th October 2018

I was in hospital recently and had a very horrible period. The customer service representative went out if her way to help me she solved all my issues and was so empathetic and friendly an absolute credit to admiral.
