Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great value, flawless service

Admiral have been consistently the most competitive for my car insurance over the last few years. Arranging insurance with them is simple and flawless. It's no trouble at all to take out a policy with them and for that reason I aware them 4 stars and would definitely recommend them to a friend. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2018

NOT cheaper at all!

Car renewal much more expensive than others, but told we'd save when 2nd car was added after it expired. 2nd car £100+ more than renewal, so assumed it was a mistake. Nope. Admiral insisted it was right and if we didn't take it we'd have to pay extra on 1st car as that had a discount applied on the basis we'd be insuring another. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2018
