Efficient and friendly

Efficient and a seamless transition

When looking for a new insurance , it didn't take long to realise Admiral would be one of the best options; consistently appearing near the top of my comparison searches. Having been with my previous Insurance a couple of years, I felt it was time to look elsewhere. Admiral all the additional options I had on previous quotes - breakdown cover, courstesy car etc., but with great value, and lower cost than any previous supplier. I was pleasantly surprised and it didn't take long for me to choose Admiral. Since I signed up, I have had efficient communication, good customer service, and I'm sure if it was necessary to make a claim at this point it would be a very manageable experience. Great Service!

I have only been with Admiral since March however the service I have received thus far is outstanding. As someone who asks a lot of questions all my queries have always been answered. Definately made my first owned car; easy to insure

As newly passed driver, i found it incredibly difficult to find a great priced quote from comparison site and other outlets. Admiral assessed my needs along with my background amd gave a quote that, A: Beat all other insurance companies and B: provided alternative services if i wish to change my policy. New driver with a new confidence

I took out my car insurance with Admiral in April this year and this was probably the best decision I have ever made! They have already discounted my direct debit after safe driving with a black box for 3 months! With regular reminders to let me know how my driving was and if it was eligible for a discount - I have been most pleased! It can be daunting as a new driver with all the precautions and details necessary to start my policy but they made it easy, straight forward and very friendly! 5* service Reviewed on: 10th September 2018

A strong, competitive insurer!

I opted for Admiral's BlackBox policy and coming to the conclusion of my premium, I have had no issues. The installation was issue-free, when I initially signed up, the standard of customer service was exceptional and the communication is just right. Monthly emails (of which I came across asking me to write this review) and the app is exactly right in terms of your driving performance and what else the company offer for it's policy holders.
