Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Only UK company giving really excellent affordable car insurance to older women, with courtesy and understanding

I was utterly desperate, suddenly, with less than 3 weeks notice, told by my existing car insurer they would no longer insure me due to my age, and some accidents, not all my fault, no one ever hurt. I was stuck at time on holiday with car far from my London Home, spending every day over 3 weeks trying to find affordable cover. Literally, at the 11th Hour, Admiral came to the rescue. I had been getting straight “no’s” or unbelievable quotes. Admiral staff were so understanding, so kind, as I had been literally in despair, wondering how I d ever get my life together, so dependent on a car in a tiny rural village where I unwind.
