Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best car insurers out there

I’ve had a great experience insuring my vehicle through Admiral, when dealing with their customer service team they were extremely knowledgable and would make sure I’m satisfied with the service I’ve recieved. Very friendly and helpful

My mum surprised me with my car and insurance. The customer service was very informative towards what best insurance would suit me and was able to guide my mum through the whole process and make her feel confident. My insurance comes with a plug and drive and it was been helpful as well as this was one of the cheapest car insurance quotes I got so I just had to say yes!! Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Polite, Quick, Easy

Switching from my old car insurance to Admiral was very easy to do online and later on that year I wanted to add my wife’s car to the policy which was done very professionally by the advisor I spoke to. Unexpected callback that beat best quote
