Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Compact,complete easy.

Easy and no hassle

Great value for great cover

Searching for deals I was struggling to find an annual cover for less than £1000 even with the inclusion of a black box whereas Admiral knocked them out of the park with less than £900 with no need of a black box! Reviewed on: 5th September 2018

Very reasonable price

I have been with Admiral for two years now. They consistently provide me with great service and I have yet to find anything to fault them. The addition of the Portal is amazing, I can see how I am driving and use their helpful tips to keep myself and others safe on the roads.
