Great customer service

Excellent service

We have dual car insurance with Admiral which is very good value for money and they give excellent customer service. When our son passed his driving test he checked out all of the major insurers but came back to Admiral and his insurance was all sorted out over the telephone on the afternoon of his test. A Satisfied Customer

I was looking to take out cover with the previous car company that I had and wasn't able to as the vehicle was larger. However, I was able to be insured with Admiral for car insurance. It was wonderful to know I could purchase a vehicle suitable for my expanded family and I indeed could be insured for only a little more than I had previously been paying for the previously smaller vehicle elsewhere. Disappointing renewal experience

Received multi-car renewal quote by email, with previous year's premium scored through and tricky to read. Premium gone up by nearly 10% despite years of no claims, accidents or prosecutions. No explanation or apology. No contact by the company to discuss the renewal or to suggest a better price may be available. Unable to cancel online, so I spoke to one of the agents after a lot of button pressing and holding. She told me the renewal is generated by their computer systems and she can offer a better deal. Just a suggestion...why not offer the renewing customer this better deal in the first place? Reviewed on: 4th September 2018

Brilliant service

This is my second year with admiral. Upon my renewal date the lady I spoke too bent over backwards to get me the best deal as I had cheaper quotes else where. I ended up with a fantastic saving and more cover than the other quotes. Reviewed on: 4th September 2018
