Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

I received prompt and friendly service when setting up my car insurance

Great service good prices

Being a younger & new driver its hard to get a good premium for you insurance after being with my last insurance for only 6 months i found a cheaper quote with admiral at almost half the price! Then after buying a new car Just a month after taking the insurance out they were helpful and great again with premium! I wouldn't go elsewhere . Im an admiral for life! Really easy to set up, good cover for a good price.

Ive had no major issues

Only problem is that they offer you a renewal double the price of a quote for a new policy, just means you need to do a little work once a year but the price is good! Reviewed on: 4th September 2018

Very fair treatment

I have a multi car policy, I have just replaced one of the cars for a newer one. I would normally expect to get stung for changing detail during the year, but I was pleasantly surprised at the very fair cost of making the change. Reviewed on: 4th September 2018
