Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral was the cheapest by a long shot

Great customer service

The team were really helpful, right from the beginning, when I tried to apply online but made a mistake and ended up having to call. I’ve spoke to 3 different members and they were all quick and efficient. (Only took off one star because they call you shortly after to try to get you to add stuff in to your policy, which I don’t really like) Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Excellent customer service.

Admiral are a very reasonable price with a good level of cover. However my overriding impression of them is that their customer service representatives are simply excellent, I purchased my cover over the phone and the staff member stayed behind after their finishing time to help me out and made everything very clear to me. I also had to report a incident and the ustomer service representative was incredibly helpful and made me feel very comfortable. Fantastic company, would recommend to anyone.
