Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

excellent service and easy to use website

As i have recently passed my driving test admiral have been very helpful in setting up my insurance for the first time, giving me a very good quote in relation to other companys i have also applied for. There website is very easy to use and allows me to simply and easily check on my policy . and make changes with just a few clicks which has allowed me to ensure that i am fully covered at all times. Good family cover

A fair price for cover on 2 cars that allows the children to drive the smaller one and build up their own no claims bonus for when they get a car of their own. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018
