Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very smooth and cheap

New Insure

One of the few companies that would insure my car with the VIN number as I was waiting for the registration number from the DVLA. Because of this the insurance is very expensive considering I have a no claims discount. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Very Helpful for first time insurer

Not long been with them but always had prompt replies to any emails I’ve sent & it was easy buying off them online my documents were ready to view almost straightaway and too add no claims bonus protection not much at all very good price. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018
