Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy to deal with

Easy to deal with regarding renewals and queries/claims. Only downside is the foreign call centre which is usually a bad/crackly line. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

No more pressurised driving

Being a young driver it's very difficult to get a cheap insurance without being monitor with a telematics box. It's not a very good feeling when you know that you are being monitored and assessed whilst driving. But with Admiral I wasn't forced to have a telematics box. Would recommend.
