Great Value & Crystal Clear!

Admiral are exceptionally easy to work with, setting up my insurance took less than 30 minutes and the staff are quick to respond to any queries. They're great value for money and sorting my telematics policy was simple and stress free. There's no complicated jargon and it's really helped increase my confidence as a new driver being able to understand my insurance policy - everything is crystal clear! No to mention they're great value for money and their user-friendly online system means I can access all my policy documents swiftly with no need to sit on hold trying to make a call! I joined Admiral earlier this year, largely due to the fact that they were much cheaper than other insurance companies on the market. The best insurance company ever

I’ve had some issues with many different companies and when insuring with Admiral I was first encountered with really polite and friendly staff that have guided me through the process and have gone that extra step further to suit my needs. When phoning about a change of car it was easy enough to swap details. The one thing I do love about admiral insurance is the online portal with all my policy documents in one place that way I can easily access it and get any documents I need. I accepted Admiral's quotation based on fitting of a little box to monitor driving performance . I feel that this is the best method of insurance - reducing premiums for good driving and increasing premiums for inconsiderate or dangerous driving. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018
