Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

easy and accommodating to all needs

Friendly, fast and full comprehensive

I have had a wonderful experience with admiral over the last two years. Any changes that needed to be made to the policy were dealt with quickly and with a friendly call operator. Good Value

I received a renewal quote from my previous insurer and it was the same price as the year before despite another years No Claims Bonus being added. I wasn't happy about that as it effectively meant the cost of the insurance had increased by 10% this year. I shopped around and with Admiral, I managed to save over £200 on my renewal quote from the old insurer, and that included adding the cost of Motor Legal Protection, which wasn't included with my previous insurer.
