Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Hassle free excellent service

Whenever I have phoned Admiral for advice or to make changes they have always been very helpful and easy to deal with. Very easy to view documents and make changes on-line. Value for money. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

When calling the contact centre to set up my insurance. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable. The website I used to get my quote was also quick, simple and easy to navigate. Also great value for money. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Alright, website could work better

Straight forward to get car insurance cover online, but when it comes to multi-car or adding home insurance, expect to have to call them for a price. Also, the online account is useful for viewing policy documents, but you can't actually do anything so pretty useless. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Great company should have checked them out year ago.
