Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy car insurance

Tried to go online but was told I'd need to call if I had ever been on a speed awareness course. I had been so duly dialled and was fantastically handled by the assistant who talked me through, what is to be frank, the tedious regulatory essentials with a touch of flair and care that really left me feeling valued by the end of the call.
