Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Brilliant well priced insurance which is great for new drivers!

I have recently joined Admiral Insurance after hearing many positive reviews about the insurance provider. I am incredibly happy that I took the decision to go with Admiral and have not had any problems at all since joining. I hope that it remains positive, which I am more than certain will happen. Fair, cheap insurance

I’ve been with admiral for 3/5 of my cars and each time they have been very fair if I needed to cancel it in their cancellation fee. They don’t hassle you constantly for buying add ons and they make finding all of your documents really easy! Great company to use as your insurance! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Great service

For a young first time driver, the telematics system is cheaper than other companies whilst not being overwhelmingly restrictive. The customer service is also good and friendly. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
