Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

So far so good

So far so good! The quote was reasonable for the type of cover required and for my age. Purchasing the policy was easy and the documents arrived swiftly. The 10 month no claims accelerator is a brilliant idea for a young driver and something I've never seen on any other quotes. Well done Admiral for trying to help young drivers! Wonderful for New Drivers

I insured my car a month before passing my test and have had the best experience! Its not as crazy expensive as many other insurance companies are... The customer services are amazing, and got in touch with me immediately when some correspondence didn't arrive. They are a very friendly, reliable and affordable insurance company and I would definitely recomend them to drivers and car owners both old and new! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Best car insurance

I have bee with admiral for a couple of months and they have been great! My insurance was at a brilliant price and I never ever get any hassle or constant emails from them!
