Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

cheap and affordable

Definitely worth while

I searched online a lot before buying my car insurance trying to find the best deal and Admiral were by far the best value for money. I thought I would need a black box in order to bring the costs down however this wasn't necessary. I would definitely reccomend Admiral for those looking for first time car insurance with lower costs than other insurance companies. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Easy Peasy

A breath of fresh air

After being with an insurance with a black box, multiple rules and restrictions, including mileage. I became frustrated and cancelled my policy. Then I came across admiral, and for an extra £20 I had no ridiculous restrictions or a black box and can now drive as much as I want. Customer service has so far been fantastic and would happily renew with admiral when the time comes. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Very good

Admiral are a very good and understanding insurance company. They work well with outside companies in order to get your issue resolved quickly. Reasonable insurance premium for a first time driver with a new MICRA. Will be insuring with admiral again this year. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
