Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

A fantastic company with fair pricing and comprehensive information available from start to Finish

Admiral Insurance caught my eye as I was insuring my car for the first time in 2 years, they gave me an extraordinarily fair price and I understood the entire process, which is saying something since getting insurance can occasionally be quite a minefield. Great for first timers

I’ve used Admiral for 2 years now and they have offered me the cheapest deal that covers everything that I need for my first car. I even had a great phone call which helped me decide which specific cover I wanted for my car and all the benefits of the cover I chose. The call was friendly and made me feel very happy with my decision. I was more than happy to continue with admiral for my second year and will probably stay with them for my third! Excellent

Customer service deserves an A* everyone I’ve spoke too goes above and beyond to solve the issue. The price of the insurance it’s self was the cheapest and extremely happy with the amount of spam emails I don’t receive unlike my last insurance provider.
