Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service for fantastic priced car Insurance

No problems

I have been with Admiral for 2 years now for my car insurance and have never had a problem. When I renewed this year they managed to match a cheaper quote I got elsewhere meaning I wasn't overpaying and felt valued Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Inequality

Why should car insurance be cheaper for females? Is it right to assume that just because more males drive, then I personally will make a claim, so therefore should pay more than a woman? If so.. why isn't this applied to anything else in life? (Ie. Tax to pay for ambulances for pregnant women and hospital rooms etc.) .... Stop extorting the public with a compulsory product and maybe I'll give you a decent review. #PureGreed Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Not only the top multi-car insurer.

Very user friendly insurance group, most affordable and competitive price

Friendly and low cost company

I Have always used another insurance company since I passed. When I updated by car they were demanding too much. Within half an hour I was with admiral. Their agent was friendly and I've had no issues. I have recommended them to many friends up for renewal Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
