Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

AMAZING & THANKYOU!!

When looking at insurance for my new car as a first time driver I was shocked and gutted with how much I’d had to pay to be able to insure my new car as a first time driver! Untill I come across admiral! They allowed me to be the named driver on my new car as a first time driver! A few months on; I am now enjoying driving around in my car knowing I am fully insured if anything was to go wrong! I will be sticking with admiral from now on! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Simple and Easy

Plug and drive black box was easy to use. Took a while between sending it back and getting any sort of money off but it was nice that I did in the end. Would overall highly recommend Admiral. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Good Price for a new driver

As I was a new and first time driver, was quite nervous initially regarding the rates of my insurance quotes. But choosing admiral with the little box option proved a good choice for me and opting for the little box is good way to improve ones driving with some benefits & discounts upon the renewal.
