Lovely customer service

When taking out my policy I was in the very capable hands of a lovely lady in Canada. Very happy and jovial lady who gave me all the information I needed and was very happy to calculate and recalculate based on my information and how cheap she could get it for me. Competitive pricing too. Although I’m fortunate enough not to have to call them yet I have no doubt the process would be as breezy as it was setting up my account. Highly recommended. Getting a cheaper quote

Just give Admiral a phone to try and get my quote down I explained I was customer for the past three years and was getting cheaper quotes online, the phone call was worth it, got my original quote with £140 taken off, the girl on the phone was very polite and professional taking me through everything I had added on and explained all the variations, thanks Admiral Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Wouldn't use anyone else!!

I've been with Admiral for 2 years now & I can't fault them at all. As a young driver with a modified car I believe that the price I pay is beyond fair. Everyone time I call Admiral I never have to wait long and the service I recieve is always above and beyond. In the first year I had a telematics box and received weekly updates on my score & at renewal they gave me an amazing price. All my friends are jealous as they pay so much more than me!! Honestly could not fault admiral, they're always on hand and help even with the silliest/smallest of tasks! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
