Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best price and service

Looking for my first insurance company policy as a young driver was a challenge due to the prices but admiral was the most competitive and best priced option. When I broke down for the first time ever the customer support people were extremely helpful and provided me with all the answers and reassurance I needed. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

An excellent company to work with
