Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Friendly and easy to use

Straightforward to deal with

I haven't had to make a claim fortunately, but the renewal price they gave me was no more expensive than the new quotes I was getting from other companies - which was a nice surprise, usually renewal quotes leap up and I have to switch insurers despite never making a claim! - so I've stuck with them. Great recovery service

Twice with a flat tyre and once with a flat battery. A classically car phobic female, I was very grateful for homestart and UK recovery with my insurance and every time it’s been quick and friendly service. Definitely recommended Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Saved both money & time!

Put in renewal dates for insurance on both of our cars and received a considerable reduction compared to all other sites, payments will be automatically altered when our second car's policy is due for renewal - job done! The Admiral portal is extremely user-friendly & even though I'm a bit of a 'technophobe' I managed to navigate my way through it with no problems. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
