Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

The best and cheapest insurance

A lot of time I was spending on websites to find that one, but I found 2 of best brands, the first one was cheaper of 20 pounds, I said to myself - no! Let's spend 20 more and I will be sure that I choosed better and I made it. Now I'm proud that I gave more money on insurance and I can sleep carefull. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Fantastic insurance company
