Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Little Black Box

Admiral was the cheapest insurance for my car and although I was a bit worried about going with whoever was the cheapest (in case they were a bad company) I couldn't have been more wrong. They fitted my black box within the 30 day fixture I was contacted to do it on a day convienient for me. You are also insured to drive up until the box is fixed. I am yet to see the benefits of the black box as I am a new driver but so far Im ranked a silver driver which is good! There are no curfews which helps me because I do shifts. Best price out there

Admiral were the lowest quite I could get for car insurance, even with the loyalty and good driving discounts of my previous insurer. The only downside is that if I want to add anyone else on my insurance, I have to pay an admin fee! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
