Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Shock!

I thought going with a big-name insurer would cost me loads of money, but I was so surprised! They’re really helpful and always on call, when my mother’s insurance runs out we’re going to look at getting multi-cover Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Great quotes

I was searching all over for good quotes but admiral gave me the best quote by far, it was actually £500 cheaper than the lowest quote I found before admiral, I will highly recommended Admiral to anyone looking to take out car insurance and I will definitely be staying with them myself. Excellent
