Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Outstanding and friendly

Had my renewal come through and it was far too expensive. I rung them up to say I was leaving, they went through a quote and was able to half what they initially offered me. So I stayed!!! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Easy, reliable and super helpful

I have recently bought a car and needed insured.I went through admiral purely because my parents insurance is with them too- it was most defiantly the best decision I could have made.Set it up all the documents sent right too me, I needed a black box fitted and it was all arranged so efficiently around my times if avaliability! Admiral Gives you a chance when no-one else will.

Trying to get affordable insurance as a new driver was a pain, I got so stressed out. Then I saw the admiral advertisement and thought why not, and I'm so glad I did. Not only was it easy to apply for, they told me everything that was going to happen. I got a little black box installed and it barely took up a day, and logging into the account will show me how im driving, the mileage I'm using and even give tips on driving better. Accessing my documents is a breeze, but at the same time I feel they are definitely secure with admirals system. I'm a more confident driver now, and I wouldn't have had that chance if it wasn't for admiral. I recommend admiral to everyone who even mentions insurance. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
