Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Efficient and fair prices

Shy Girl - Good Customer Service

I am an awkward person and one of my fears is talking to strangers over the phone and will always try to email when possible. In order to sort out my car insurance, I was required to talk to someone over the phone and the woman I spoke to was very lovely and 100% helpful and understanding which made the experience slightly less terrifying and even helped to boost my confidence.
