Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance company

Had a few teething problems

The most helpful insurance company

Being a young driver finding affordable insurance is hard, I joined admiral in my second year of driving due to them offering the best policy cover and for the best price. Coming into my third year of driving they offered a much higher price for the insurance so I rang up and spoke to them and explained that not only do I have my insurance with them but also house insurance I also asked if my mum could take out insurance with them as well. They couldnt of been more helpful and caring and offered me a great deal for the house. Therefore I would highly recommend admiral for all insurance policies not just car insurance. Smooth sailing so far

Amazing customer service

I was struggling with switching insurer as I wasn’t happy with my current policy, I had looked around but wasn’t too sure. I had heard good things from family and friends and decided to give admiral a go. The customer service I received was amazing, they explained everything so clearly and answered all my questions fully, I was very happy with my new policy and even more happy about how easy it was to find, I never thought switching insurers could be so comfortable.
