Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy, helpful and cheap

When I was looking at for the insurance for my 7 seater car, they costed a fortune and I couldn't afford any of them. Then I found an admiral insurance and it only costs me £201 monthly. When I wasn't sure of anything I called them and they perfectly and nicely explained to me everything. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an cheap, helpful and friendly company.
