Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great service

I have a black box with admiral which has been super easy to fit and deal with. The benefits are great and the price was the lowest I could find. Any time I have had to deal with a member of staff on the phone they have been polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

No nonsense straightforward insurance
