Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Competitive pricing, friendly service

The Admiral representative I spoke to on the phone when transferring my policy was fair, well spoken and friendly offering a great customer service and deals relevant to me. We arranged a multicar policy that was competitively priced and fair. Great service! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Amazing unexpected value car insurance

As my son had just passed his test I was dreading the prospect of finding relatively good value first car insurance for him as I had heard all my friend's stories of how expensive it had been for them. When I called Admiral as part of my search I was overjoyed to discover that when taking out a multicar policy it brought my son's quote down by a massive amount ( up to a £1,000 cheaper from some Insurers!!) I was so pleased with his first years quote that he had it as his birthday present this year! Also my son had to have a black box for the first three months of driving, after hearing some horror stories I wasn't looking forward to this but so far it's all been a very positive experience, my son has been sent several gold standard driving report backs which is very encouraging for a new driver and has been told there is a cash back for this eventually as well yet another lovely bonus, well done Admiral top class insurer.
