Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very friendly and fast service and not a hard sell!

Admiral were always the cheapest car insurance providers on comparison websites, and as a first time buyer and new driver I managed to get a great deal without the black box! Moreover, customer service was brilliant and helped me with everything and answered all my silly questions, and by no means were hard sellers for insurance add-ons. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

So Easy to Use and Ever So Helpful

I have found Admiral to be one of the most easily accessible and helpful organisations to communicate with. Be it by phone or online they are always available to answer any queries I have and to answer in a way which is convenient to me. The staff always appear committed to providing the best for the customer and on the many occasions when I have need something out of the ordinary in terms of my insurance needs, the staff seem to take it on as a personal challenge to get the right product at the right price for me. Fab

Cheapest insurance by far and you will find yourself sticking with them for years. Multi car policy is a bonus and you can get many household members under one roof on one plan. Less hassle when it comes to renewing or looking elsewhere for quotes Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Best customer service

I was struggling to find insurance as this is my first car in the UK and although I have been driving for 9 years in France I was being offered stupid quotes of over £3000.
