Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great customer service

Over the past 3 years I have received brilliant customer service. I was going to leave this year as I found a cheaper quote but they managed to reduce my monthly payments to nearly match the quote. Fantastic Customer Service

The team at admiral have been amazing especially their customer service. They beat all prices on my insurance searches which has not only saved me money but always a customer that will be back.
