Good Customer Experience

Excellent

I have been with Admiral Car Insurance for a number of years now and have found them to be excellent. I’ve never had to make a claim but have contacted them a few times with queries and have always been very happy with the service I’ve received. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Simply affordable and easy

The prices are affordable from the get go and constantly decreasing with no incidents happening. Had one incident while with them and they were very helpful and it didn’t affect my insurance as much as I thought it would. There app is easy enough to use and get the information you may require. First class service

I was insured with admiral in 2018 and was side swiped by a white van 2 days before it was due to expire and I had moved to another company. My premium with them rose by £150 after the accident, the white van occupants were claiming whiplash. Regardless of the fact that I was no longer their customer they pursued the case as we agreed it was a crash for cash con. Two years later they resolved the issue in my favour and my excess was refunded. They kept me in touch throughout and I returned as a customer in 2020. Customer friendly

We’ve never put a claim for anything but it’s nice to know that they’ve got your back. I have a comprehensive cover with all the add ons. The only think I’d mention as the downside is that I’ve got to ring them every time there’s a renewal offer for them to magic up a ‘discount’.
